Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cost of a personally designed ceremony?

The cost which includes an initial interview, checklists, a first draft of the ceremony, a visit to the venue, liaising with your wedding planner, a further interview, a final draft, practice and officiating is €450 plus any additional materials used.

Is our wedding with you officiating legally binding?

No. You will need to attend your local Registry Office to be legally married. Two witnesses will be needed to sign your certificate and you can leave the exchanging of rings for your own ceremony.

What about our child naming ceremony, is that legally binding?

No, you will still need to register your child’s birth at the Registry Office but a commemorative certificate will be presented to remember the occasion.

How often will we have contact? I would like to get things just right.

In the very beginning we will have our first consultation lasting up to 90 minutes and this exchange of ideas is free to you, as my gift.  Both parties must check if it is the right “match” and if we should work together. Once you have decided that I am the best person to help you with your special day, I will ask you to sign an agreement and pay a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.  We will then have an in depth interview and I will do a draft of your ceremony. After this we will visit the venue, revise the arrangements, I will produce a final draft and then we will have our practice ceremony. Then comes your Big Day of course!
